Conditions of Sale and Services GSW Transport T/A Grant Welsh Commercials Payment Terms Our payment terms are strictly 30 days end of month. If any sum due from the Customer is not paid on or before the due date GWC may cancel or suspend services and may require future transactions to be paid in advance, the cost of obtaining professional fees(including legal fees) and other costs of issuing proceedings or pursuing a debt recovery procedure will be met by the Customer. Quotations Quotations or estimates will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Query In the event of any query please quote the invoice number in writing within 7 days of issue Warranty Parts are sold subject to the manufacturers conditions of sale. Lien and power of Sale GWC retains all liens granted at common law and under Statute. Liability GWC shall not otherwise be liable for any economic loss or consequential loss. Use of your information GWC will use the Vehicle Registration Number and other relevant data to obtain MOT information. MOT GWC require 7 days cancellation notice of MOT test or the full test fees will still apply. Passing of Risk and Legal Title Title to and property in goods remains vested in GWC until payment in full is made by the customer
